A Munich Helles style lager that’s low in bitterness & brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness.We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast & hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds.
