This is a bright golden beer produced from a selection of malts and especially bitter hops. The boiling, fermentation and maturation process takes more than 20 days, what provides this beer a pleasant and characteristic hoppy flavour. It is made from a specific wort in the only production facility of Hijos de Rivera, in A Coruña. The brewmasters take approximately one month’s work in elaborating Estrella Galicia Especial (50 cl can), and half of that time is dedicated to its cold storage.
