We provide an end to end escrow service (similar to Paypal) which ensures that the buyer’s money is held safely in a 3rd Party Escrow with Barclays. This ensures that all transactions, no matter how small or large are protected for both the buyer and the seller, which promotes safer, more efficient buying and selling. This escrow is tied into our money back guarantee policy to ensure buyers get what they paid for.
Our escrow is financially backed by Barclays and all payments are held in a secure client monies account with Barclays in the UK. Neither StarStock or Barclays can access the client funds without the express permission of our buyers & suppliers.
The buyer accepts that a product can only be returned if the goods are not as advertised or damaged in transit. If the products are delivered to the buyer and the products (or any part of the products) are damaged in transit or not as advertised then the buyer will be offered a refund in respect of those products (or relevant part of the products) that are damaged or not as advertised.
In order to claim this refund the buyer should contact StarStock on email@example.com. The buyer must provide StarStock with all relevant documentation to enable us to process the refund claim. The relevant information includes a picture of the damaged products on the delivery van and a signed delivery note from the haulier confirming the damage to the items as well as any other information we may request from the buyer when notifying us of a claim.
